How backup works alongside RushFiles

RushFiles remains the primary system for file sync and share. Users continue working with folders and files in RushFiles as usual.

Backup runs separately and is accessed only when recovery is required. It does not affect user workflows or replace the file-sharing setup. The two services cover different layers and do not overlap in daily use.

How the add-on is offered

Acronis Backup is available only as an upsell to RushFiles.

It cannot be purchased or used independently. Backup can be included with a new RushFiles deployment or added later if additional protection is required. RushFiles remains the core product, and backup is licensed separately in combination with it.
