We have detected an issue that causes new logins to not be possible. Our engineers are investigating the cause and working on resolving the problem as soon as possible.
Currently logged in users are not affected.
UPDATE:
The login issue is now resolved and we are monitoring the load.
There might still be temporary issues with connection from the MacOS client. If you or your users face this on a Mac, please use the Web Client for now.

The high load has returned affecting logins. The team is working on resolving this as soon as possible.

The issue with login seems to be resolved now, and the team is monitoring how load unfolds.
Mac and iOS clients might still experience issues with connection temporarily - customers using Macs and iPhones or iPads are advised to use the Web Client for the time being.
UPDATE#4:
The login issues have now been completely resolved, including connectivity from MacOS and iOS client applications.
